How long does it take to produce my custom stamp?
Most custom rubber stamps are manufactured within 1-2 business days. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via your selected delivery method.
What file formats do you accept for custom logos?
We accept high-resolution files in JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, and EPS formats. For the crispest impression, we recommend using vector files or images with at least 300 DPI.
Can I refill the ink in my self-inking stamp?
Yes, all our self-inking and pre-inked stamps are refillable. You can purchase replacement ink pads or bottled ink directly from our 'Accessories' section.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Absolutely! We offer tiered pricing for large volume orders. Please contact our corporate sales team for a personalized quote on orders of 25 items or more.
What is your return policy for custom products?
Because custom stamps are unique to your specifications, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part. Please double-check your spelling before finalizing your order.
How many impressions will my stamp last?
Our standard self-inking stamps typically provide between 5,000 and 10,000 impressions before requiring a replacement ink pad or a refill.
